However, there are a couple of negatives that I found my own use. Firstly, during exercise a strong hold on a wooden floor mat tends to move around a lot. On a carpeted floor can have a better holding power, but the wooden slips and slides a bit. Second, excessive exercise, or when you're very hot and sweating, moisture than normal, dull, turns into a skating rink. Be careful. I keep extra towels handy to keep the mat dry.
